Mama Sita's Chopsuey Mix

Mama Sita's Chopsuey/Pancit Canton Mix (40g) is an all in one seasoning  used to easily make authentic,savory,stir-fry vegetables or noodle dishes. Simply dissolve the 40g packet in 1 cup water and add to 1/2 kg of sautéed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.) and meat/tofu. It acts as a thickener and flavoring agent. 

• Preparation: Dissolve one 40g packet in 1 cup (250ml) of water.
• Stir-Fry: Sauté your choice of proteins (chicken, pork, shrimp, or tofu) and vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, young corn, mushrooms) in a wok.
• Combine: Pour the dissolved mixture over the vegetables and meat.
• Cook: Simmer over high heat for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and vegetables are tender.
• Serving: Best served with steamed rice or used in stir-fried noodles (Pancit Canton).
